There are numerous other amenities that are offered at Chateau Lake San Marcos: 

• Onsite Salon Services for both men and women – Available Tues-Thurs weekly 
  
  
• Chateau Secret Garden and Dog Park – A quiet area for dogs to run free and play. 
  
  
• Versailles Library with computers and internet (Wi-Fi) 2nd floor of the community center includes large print books, newspapers, magazines, and video. 
  
  
• Bistro Lounge –Complimentary Coffee bar, iced tea and other beverages available all day. 
  
  
• Equipment Rental – Roll-away beds, luggage carts, wheelchairs, and walkers available 
  
  
• Golf Cart Parking Rental and Charging Station – includes a lockable cabinet for storage of equipment and chargers. 
  
  
• Laundry Centers – Each building is equipped with a laundry center with washers, dryers, iron and board, laundry cart, clothes rack, and cabinet storage. Pay options for laundry machine include coin and app pay.  Hours for Laundry centers are 8am to 10pm. 
  
  
• Resident Building Lounges – Buildings A, B, C, and E offer lounges for residents to use for meetings, card games, and parties 
  
  
• Trash Rooms – Available on each floor of residential buildings and include bins for mixed trash, recyclables, and organics.  Any electronics, light bulbs, and batteries are considered “universal waste” and may not be placed in regular trash.  Please contact the maintenance department for assistance in disposing of this type of waste.  Any large items, such as appliances or furniture must be disposed of at the expense of the resident.
