· Hours: With the exception of holidays and special occasions, the dining room operates on the following schedule:

Breakfast Monday – Saturday 7:30a.m. – 9:00a.m.
Champagne Brunch Sunday 11:30a.m.-1:30p.m.
Lunch Monday – Saturday 11:30a.m.-1:30p.m.
Dinner Daily 5:30p.m.-6:45p.m.

· Catering: A catering menu is available for a variety of on-site needs, allowing residents to entertain graciously in one of the lounges, patios, or in their own condominiums. Options include hors d’oeuvres, beverages, buffets, desserts and complete dinners. A full line of services including planning, preparation and presentation is available. Please contact the Executive Chef for further information. Additional charges will apply.

· Charges: All charges in connection with the food service operation will appear on your monthly statement.

· Complimentary Beverages: Specialty coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available in the Champagne Lounge, Monday through Saturday, between 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.

· Dress Code: While casual resort-style clothing is appropriate for breakfast, lunch and Sunday brunch, in the evenings gentlemen are required to wear jackets, (ties optional), and ladies should choose dresses or pants outfits suitable for this country-club atmosphere. Residents are asked to make their guests aware of this policy as anyone with unsuitable dress will not be seated.

· High Chairs and booster seats for visiting children are available upon request to the Dining Room Manager.

· Menus: Lunch and dinner menus are listed on the in house TV Channel 3 daily and are posted on bulletin boards in advance. A copy of the complete menu is on display in the Community Center lobby.

· Reservations: May be made in person or by telephone, (471-0083), with the Concierge from 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. daily or with the Dining Room Manager after 5:00p.m. Reservations are recommended, especially for Sunday Brunch and Dinner; and are necessary for special holidays and celebrations.

· Room Service: Is available during all regularly scheduled meal periods. Orders may be placed by phoning Room Service (761-4651), and leaving your name, phone and unit number. A server will return your call and advise you of the menu choices. Residents are asked not to place trays and used dishes in the hallways outside their unit but, instead, to phone the Room Service number to request pick-up. Please note that dinner and service-ware provided for room service differ from Chateau dining room items. Unit owner will be charged an additional fee for unreturned items.

· Wheelchairs and Walking Aids: For the safety of all in the dining room, walking aids of all types will be “valet parked” by the wait staff and returned at your request when you are ready to leave. Scooter are not permitted in the dining room at any time.
