The Administrative Office maintains a list of those not using their covered spaces who might wish to make them available on a rental basis to other residents.

· Champagne Lounge: Located on the main floor of the Community Center. Coffee, tea and other beverages are available from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m., Monday-Saturday, on a self-serve basis. The Lounge is also used for weekly Bottle Club gathering and other functions.
